Goodbye potato chips and hello pork crackling chips! Cooked in our favourite appliance, the air fryer, and served with apple sauce, these crispy morsels are salty, bacon-y and totally addictive (don't say we didn't warn you!). This recipe does require overnight refrigeration so make sure you start it the day before serving.

3 Method Steps
Step 1
Cut the rind crossways into 1.5cm-thick strips. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place the rind, rind-side up, on the tray. Place in the fridge overnight to dry out.
Step 2
Spray with rind with oil and sprinkle with the bacon seasoning.
Step 3
Place half the rind in air fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook at 200C for 10-15 minutes or until bubbled and golden. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with extra bacon seasoning. Repeat with remaining rind. Serve with apple sauce, if using.
