Nutella Cookie Cups for two

8 Method Steps

Step 1

preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (350 degrees farhenheit)

Step 2

Add softened butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar into a medium bowl and mix to form a paste-like consistency

Step 3

add the egg and vanilla, mix until combined

Step 4

add plain flower, bicarb soda and salt, mix to form a dough

Step 5

fold the chocolate chips into the mixture

Step 6

Halve the mixture into two portions, and then put half of each mixture into two ramekins, and make a well in the middle of each

Step 7

add a tsp of nutella in each, then add the rest of the cookie dough on the top, seal the edges, add more chocolate chips if you wish

Step 8

put in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown, then enjoy!
