Peach and mango nice cream recipe

Just the thing for a hot summer's day, this healthy mango ice-cream is easy to make with only 5 ingredients. It's also vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free.

Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut a cross in the base of peach. Place in a small heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes. Drain. Set aside until cool enough to handle. Peel off skin and discard. Roughly chop esh, discarding stone. Peel and cut bananas into 4cm pieces. Place peach, banana and mango, in a single layer, on prepared tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Place frozen fruit and milk in a food processor. Process, scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Working quickly, spoon into serving dishes. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp. Serve immediately.
