This is a recipe for a delicious peppermint flavored chewing gum.

 1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of corn syrup

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract

Mix sugar, water, corn syrup, and salt in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla and peppermint extract.

2 cups of chocolate cookie crumbs

1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted

1.5 quarts of vanilla ice cream, softened

1.5 quarts of chocolate ice cream, softened

1 cup of heavy cream

1/4 cup of powdered sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 cup of colorful sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 375°F

In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until firm.

Let the crust cool completely before filling.

Spread the softened vanilla ice cream on top of the cooled crust.

Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.

Spread the softened chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer.

Cover the pan with foil and freeze for 4 hours or overnight, until the cake is firm.

Just before serving, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until stiff peaks form.

Spread the whipped cream on top of the cake and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.

Remove the cake from the pan and slice it into wedges.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
